Business Finance Leader

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic financial partnering with senior leadership to drive revenue growth and optimize resource allocation.
  • Provide proactive financial insights to inform business decisions and ensure alignment with overall financial strategy.
  • Develop and implement performance management frameworks and tools to drive accountability for financial performance across different business units.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to develop effective pricing strategies that optimize profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Analyze product and customer profitability and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with business teams to develop compelling business cases for new initiatives and investments, critically evaluating financial assumptions and projections within these cases.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the quality of financial information.
  • Effectively communicate financial performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management, the board of directors, and other relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA qualification with over 5+ years of experience in Business Finance.
  • Proven experience in managing finance teams.
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • Proficient in Business Partnering.
  • Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
