We manufacture school uniform in **North India**. Must have experience in garment export house.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and support the production cycle for all purchase orders.
- Create purchase orders for new and repeat style orders.
- Work as a liaison between the merchandising team and overseas vendors to communicate production information and updates.
- Track production timelines and monitor delivery status updates.
- Communicate with vendors regularly to maintain visibility of production timelines and major milestone achievements through WIP reports.
- Actively follow up with vendors and shipping partners to ensure deadlines are being met.
- Support the logistics stage of the production cycle shipments by reviewing and analyzing packing lists to ensure production volumes follow requirements.
- Maintain oversight of delivery timelines and communicating issues and delays to managers in a timely manner.
- Proactively identify production and supply chain concerns and challenges. Communicate such findings to leadership.
- Act as administrator of our Product Lifecycle Management software (PLM) by overseeing inquiries, troubleshooting, new features and training.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
