**Job role** - **IT Support**

- **Problem Resolution**: Acting as the first point of contact for employees experiencing IT issues, resolving hardware, software, and network problems.
- **System Maintenance**: Installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software components, as well as managing technical documentation.
- **User Assistance**: Providing support to users, establishing good relationships with clients and colleagues, and keeping detailed service records.
- **Technical Installations**: Occasionally handling the installation of network and camera cabling, security systems, and other IT infrastructure components.

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Two years of experience in IT
- Deep knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information

**Preferred skills and qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science
- Project management experience
- Professional certification

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
