**Responsibility**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve enrollment targets for pilot training, cabin crew training, and airport ground staff training programs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Promote SpeedJet Aviation’s training programs through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, and offline campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, educational institutions, and industry partners.
- Organise and participate in seminars, and workshops to showcase SpeedJet Aviation’s offerings.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and following up on inquiries.
- Provide prospective students with detailed information about our training programs and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
