**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Develop and Manage Digital Campaigns**:

- Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other real estate portals.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, traffic growth, and conversions in the real estate sector
- **SEO and SEM**:

- Improve website traffic through SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building.
- Manage SEM campaigns to maximize ROI and generate qualified leads.
- **Content Strategy and Creation**:

- Collaborate on content strategy to produce engaging posts, blogs, videos, and property listings that align with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Handle social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) by posting engaging content, running paid campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Engage with potential buyers, respond to inquiries, and build brand loyalty through social media interaction
- **CRM Management**:

- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and coordinate with sales teams for follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and performance analytics to support sales conversion efforts.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and CRM data.
- Provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimizations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in digital marketing, specifically in the **real estate** sector.
- Proven experience managing digital campaigns, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Strong knowledge of **CRM software** (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with **Google Ads**, **Facebook Ads**, and other PPC platforms.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Good understanding of **SEO best practices** and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
