Job Description Job Title**:Bidding Executive**

J**ob Summary**:
**(*This is not a typical data entry job. It involves making quick decisions and managing data accurately in real time**)*

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and manage bid data in real-time systems.
- Use Microsoft Excel to track and organize data related to vehicles and bids.
- Ensure all data is accurate and up to date.
- Keep daily records of vehicles purchased and maintain updated files.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure purchase requirements and vehicle details are aligned.
- Perform quality checks on data to ensure it’s correct and free of errors.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduates or those in their final semester are welcome to apply.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in data entry, back-office work, or roles involving Excel.
- Quick learner who can adapt to new software and tools for auctions.

**Required Skills**:

- Ability to do quick math (add, subtract, multiply) with or without a calculator.
- Good memory to recall important details and processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, and formulas).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
