**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and generate **new business opportunities** in the Chennai region.
- Conduct **client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations**.
- Develop and maintain **strong relationships with customers** to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed **monthly and quarterly sales targets**.
- Follow up on **inquiries, leads, and negotiations** to close deals.

**Market Research & Strategy**:

- Analyze **market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs** to develop effective sales strategies.
- Provide insights on **pricing, new product opportunities, and sales improvements**.
- Assist in **creating and implementing marketing campaigns** in collaboration with the team.

**Customer Service & Support**:

- Address **customer queries and provide pre-sales and post-sales support**.
- Coordinate with the **service and technical teams** to ensure client satisfaction.
- Handle **customer complaints and feedback** effectively to improve service quality.

**Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate **sales reports, customer databases, and lead tracking**.
- Provide regular updates on **sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics**.
- Ensure all **sales-related documents, quotations, and contracts** are correctly maintained.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum **2-3 years** in **industrial sales, packaging machinery sales, or B2B sales**.
- Strong **negotiation and persuasion skills**.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, ERP systems, and CRM software**.
- Ability to work **independently and as part of a team**.
- Willingness to **travel within Chennai and nearby regions** for client visits.
