**Job Title: Site Supervisor**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Oversight**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities at the site.
- Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with project specifications, regulations, and safety standards.
- Monitor progress and report any deviations from the project plan.
- **Team Management**:

- Direct and lead on-site workers, including subcontractors and laborers.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Conduct regular meetings to communicate project goals and updates.
- **Quality Control**:

- Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet project standards.
- Inspect work regularly to identify and rectify any defects or deficiencies.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
- Conduct safety meetings and provide training to ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Investigate and report accidents/incidents promptly.
- **Communication**:

- Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
- Keep detailed records of daily activities and progress.
- **Resource Management**:

- Manage and optimize the use of materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and coordinate with suppliers.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree or certification in mechanical or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in manufacturing projects.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and quality standards.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Ability to identify and address issues promptly.
- Quick decision-making skills to handle unforeseen challenges.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
