- **Documentation**:Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including medication administration, vital signs, and interventions.
- **Care Planning**:Participate in developing and implementing patient care plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure individualized care.
- **Education and Support**:Provide education and support to patients and families regarding their condition, treatment, and prognosis.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care and safety.
