**Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development**
- Develop and implement strategies to increase Outpatient (OP) and Inpatient (IP) numbers.
- Build strong referral networks with doctors, clinics, and corporate partners.
- Engage with corporate clients, TPAs, and insurance companies for empanelment and tie-ups.
- Drive business development for specialized services (e.g., Cath Lab, OT, Diagnostics).
- Monitor sales targets, conversion ratios, and revenue performance.
**Marketing & Brand Management**
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, community programs).
- Manage hospital brand positioning and visibility in the healthcare market.
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, and CME (Continuing Medical Education) activities.
- Oversee social media, website, and digital presence to improve patient engagement.
**Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction through feedback systems.
- Work closely with the Patient Relations team to enhance service quality.
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants and visiting doctors.
**Market Analysis & Strategy**
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Track competitor activities and develop strategies to stay ahead.
- Forecast patient volume trends and align marketing strategies accordingly.
**Team Leadership & Coordination**
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team.
- Coordinate with clinical, nursing, and operations teams to align business goals.
- Ensure timely reporting and updates to management.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Growth in patient footfalls (OP & IP).
- Outpatient-to-Inpatient conversion rate.
- Revenue growth from key departments (OT, Cath Lab, Diagnostics, etc.).
- Number of corporate/doctor tie-ups.
- Patient satisfaction scores.
- Effectiveness of marketing campaigns (ROI).
**Qualifications & Skills**
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Healthcare Management.
- 5-10 years of proven experience in sales & marketing (preferably in healthcare/hospital industry).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and hospital business development.
- Leadership ability with team management experience.
- Goal-oriented, result-driven, and adaptable to a competitive environment.
