**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement ATL & BTL marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Plan and coordinate TV, radio, print, and digital campaigns (ATL).
- Execute BTL initiatives such as in-store promotions, events, activations, and point-of-sale displays.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to recommend proactive strategies.
- Collaborate with creative and media agencies for campaign development and execution.
- Track and report campaign effectiveness using relevant KPIs.
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with regional objectives.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing spend.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ATL/BTL marketing in the FMCG sector.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Creative mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in campaign analytics and reporting.
