**Entity and activity description** Air Liquide India provides innovative, responsive and customer focused services with the highest safety standards and over a wide product range, which improves the performance of our customers, while helping the environment.**

**Air Liquide India caters to an expanding merchant market network to which it supplies Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Hydrogen, Helium and Specialty gases, through various supply systems - pipelines, tankers, cylinders, on-site plants or other specialized modes, depending on the product, location, and customer needs.**

**Missions and Responsibilities**
- For supporting the site in procurement of all materials required For electrical & Instrumentation Categories.
- Identify and recommend suppliers by researching potential suppliers and the products, processes and services they provide.
- Maintains good supplier relationships and develop new potential suppliers through on-site visits
- Evaluates supplier capability, process methods, process stability, quality procedures, delivery performance and other key business criteria.
- Managing the Users Inquiry and working in collaboration with Users for technical Scope of work defining and allocating best suitable supplier.
- Develop, measure and maintain schedules for the subcontracted orders and work cross functionally to ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner to meet the required completion or ship date.
- Execute day-to-day buying, including negotiation & supplier selection for non strategic purchases.
- Execute Buy process according to defined guidelines, strategies and instructions given by the category managers/category specialists
- Identify continuously saving opportunities (incl. bundling) and communicate them with requisitioning managers and category managers

**Competencies and Profile** Key responsibilities**:
**Education**: Bachelors in Engineering preferably Electrical, Mechanical engineering departments

**Experience**: 6 to 7 years of relevant experience combustion processes in an industrial organization or in promoting combustion solutions to industries
