Job Title:Senior Buyer Location:Bangalore Experience:4 to 7 years Notice Period:Immediate Joiners PreferredRole Overview TheSenior Buyerwill work closely with the Category Lead/Director and Category Managers to implement sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and handle procurement processes. The focus will be on sourcing, negotiation, and supporting supplier relationship management (SRM) initiatives.Key Responsibilities Support category strategy execution and supplier relationship management initiatives. Lead sourcing and negotiation for low to medium spend Statements of Work (SOWs). Review and approve purchase requests, SOWs, and supplier documentation inAriba ,Oracle , andFieldglass . Work with legal and finance teams to ensure correct commercial terms and budget alignment. Maintain data and documentation in procurement systems and tools. Manage supplier contracts, monitor performance, and draft variations when needed. Support business stakeholders by ensuring procurement processes and approvals are followed. Conduct market research and recommend alternate sources of supply. Engage with internal functions like Legal, Finance, and HR for alignment and approvals.Candidate Profile Essential: 3–7 years of experience inProcurement / Buying , preferably inIT Professional Services(developers, testers, analysts, project managers, etc.) Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint). Experience with procurement tools such asAribaandFieldglass(preferred).Note: Candidatesmust have experienceinBuying, Negotiation, Contract Management, Procurement, Purchase Orders, and Sourcing . Hands-on experience with procurement tools such asAribaorOracleismandatory .
