**WITHIN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL**:
This position leads continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that Videojet, Esko, and X-Rite (PID) maintain world-class financial processes and controls through examination and evaluation of internal control for business processes, reporting findings to the management with his / her recommendations for possible improvements. This is a high-visibility role, working closely with Videojet, Esko, and X-Rite senior leadership and business unit managers, as well as parent company (Danaher) personnel.

We are currently seeking a **“**Service Desk coordinator**”** to join our team in **Mumbai Head Office.**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Attending incoming customer calls to log service requests in system
- Answering & directing the customer service request calls for TS support by convincing them
- Coordination with Service / IB Team through Phone / Mails
- Calling existing customer to capture NPS feedback
- Calling Service Engineers / Managers to Debrief calls.
- Data entry in Oracle, should have good typing speed.
- Should have Multitasking ability to co-ordinate with various departments
- Language preference in English, Hindi
- Good in excel to generate reports & forwarding it to field Team.
- Internal approval follow-ups related to call logging / Debriefing.

**YOUR EDUCATION OR BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE**:

- Education - Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Work experience 1-3 year. Fresher can be considered as an exception.
- Should be familiar with Local language
- Good MS-Excel / Outlook knowledge
- Must have good communication skills & proficiency in English / Hindi.
