We are seeking an experienced Commercial Leasing to join our team. This role will be responsible for leasing and marketing our portfolio of retail properties, forging strong relationships with tenants, and driving occupancy and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve optimal occupancy and rental rates for retail properties.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target tenants, market trends, and competitive positioning.
- Create and maintain a leasing plan for each property, including target tenant profiles, leasing goals, and marketing tactics.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to showcase available retail space and attract prospective tenants.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including property brochures, website listings, and digital presentations.
- Utilize online listing platforms, social media, and other marketing channels to increase property visibility and generate leasing leads.
- Organize property tours and events to showcase retail spaces and facilitate tenant engagement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial leasing experience, with a focus on retail properties.

Strong understanding of commercial real estate market dynamics, leasing principles, and negotiation techniques.
- Proven track record of successfully leasing retail properties and achieving leasing targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
