Our mission is to be a leading aggregator of the non-fuel highway economy, tapping into this rapidly growing sector. With a future-forward vision and strong execution capabilities, we aim to develop 100 strategically located WSAs to improve the travel experience across high-traffic corridors. Responsibilities: Drive leasing deals with national/regional brands Build and maintain retailer/brand relationships Conduct market analysis on trends, competitors, and consumer behavior Develop and execute leasing plans aligned with business goals Coordinate lease documentation with legal/compliance teams Prepare MIS reports and update management Collaborate with marketing/operations for space positioning and promotions Travel extensively for meetings and site visits Qualifications: Strong brand network and mall leasing experience Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking Proven ability to achieve revenue and occupancy targets Sound knowledge of lease agreements and Delhi NCR retail market
