We are looking for a Office Administrator for our Security Agency
Office administrator job role:
- Managing office operations: Overseeing all office activities, making sure they run smoothly and efficiently, and ensuring compliance with company procedures
- Collect Attendance from Clients and prepare Invoices, Salaries.
- Submit Invoices in Client Offices
- Handling communications: Answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling correspondence
- Managing databases: Security Guards Attendance, Salaries, EPF and ESIC data, Biodata.
- Bookkeeping.
Job Requirements:
- Education qualification: Graduate or Diploma
- 5 Years of Office Admin experience
- Outstanding communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MS Excel and MS word.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
