**Job Description: IT Support Executive**

**Location: Noida**

**Experience : 1+ Year**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize the ipconfig command to check and configure network settings.
- Configure and troubleshoot DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) for automatic IP address assignment.
- Manage and resolve DNS (Domain Name System) issues to ensure proper name resolution.
- Boot systems into Safe Mode for troubleshooting and repair.
- Configure and verify the Default Gateway for proper network routing.
- Support and maintain various Operating Systems (OS), ensuring optimal performance.
- Implement and enforce IT policies using Group Policy in Windows environments.
- Use the Ping Command to diagnose network connectivity issues.
- Understand and configure the BIOS (Basic Input/Output System) settings to optimize hardware performance.
- Troubleshoot computers that won’t boot, identifying hardware or software-related failures.
- Understand different Network Topologies (e.g., Star, Mesh, Bus) and their implementations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with networking concepts, system troubleshooting, and IT support.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for documenting issues and assisting end-users.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
