Role Overview

As a Transition Coordinator, you will support the smooth migration of business processes into shared service and global delivery models. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals who want to build a career in transition management and global delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Support transition planning, documentation, and reporting.
- Assist in due diligence, knowledge transfer, and process mapping.
- Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders on progress tracking.
- Help identify risks and escalate where necessary.
- Maintain accurate records, SOPs, and knowledge transfer documents.

Skills & Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, PMO, or transition support.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable working with global teams.

Compensation
- India: ₹25 - 30 LPA
- Poland: 20 - 22k PLN

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per year
