**Experience 2-4**years managing similar set up (ideal)

**Or**

2-4 years of retail / customer service / client servicing background

**Or**

Young mothers willing to get back to work, with a team handling experience and customer orientation

**Work Timings** Weekdays - 9 hours

2 Saturdays - half days

**Competencies & Skill Set**

v Good inter personal skills to handle parents and internal team. High level of customer orientation.

v Should be able to handle walk ins and convert to admissions

v Self driven and attention to detail

v High sense of ownership and responsibility.

v Problem solving ability and MUST be a team player

v Possess working knowledge in Early Childhood Education

v Must be Tech friendly, needs to know Ms Office with a flair for numbers

v Ideally a mother

**Main Responsibilities**

v Responsible for entire Centre Operations and managing the team

v Responsible for conversions and admissions

v Single point of contact for parents and team

v Mentor and coach the team

v Responsible for Profit & Loss of Centre

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
