Payment Lifecycle Associate

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
You will be responsible for understanding the key metrics and risk components and support the operations lead to meet the financial goals and objectives put forth by the Line of Business, while partnering globally with the regions where the business operations are located.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Working for overall management and oversight of APAC & EMEA - Cheque & Support functions handled by GCC. Responsible for team performance; training and feedback.
- Exhibiting full knowledge and thorough understanding of payments lifecycle & payments processing.
- Recognizing and drive regional improvement opportunities arising from local/global situations.
- Ensuring all operation procedures are in compliance with industry and legal regulatory rules and guidelines both locally and globally.
- Building exceptional relationship with business partners and stakeholders.
- Ensuring implementation of best practices across the assigned branches.
- Ensuring sufficient internal controls and procedures to minimize risk - able to drive the risks and controls agenda.
- Executing regional projects across the branches in APAC & EMEA.

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities**
- Understanding of and experience in payment, cheque, clearing, Nostro recon etc.
- Knowledge of various aspects of International Payment Processing Operations.
- Working/Expert Knowledge of SWIFTS & international payment conventions & practices is a must.
- Excellent communication and presentations skills across various stakeholders and senior management.
- Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes.
- Fluent written and oral communication skills in English
- Flexibility in working hours / days.
- Should be familiar with AI tools.
