**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Interaction**: Build strong relationships with school principals, teachers, and other educational professionals to promote Kids Age Newspaper’s products.
- **Business Development**: Identify and develop new business opportunities and target organizations to expand market reach.
- **Market Awareness**: Raise awareness about our educational products and services in the market, increasing sales volume and revenue.
- **Customer Engagement**: Address inquiries, manage orders, and ensure smooth communication between the sales team and other departments.
- **Client Retention**: Focus on customer acquisition and retention by providing excellent post-sale support and fostering long-term relationships.
- **Sales Documentation**: Prepare and organize sales-related documents and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with colleagues to create a positive and efficient work environment.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Excellent **interpersonal skills** and the ability to persuade and convince clients.
- Strong written and verbal **communication** skills in **English**.
- Previous experience in **sales** or **business development** is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
- Strong **time management** skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for education and a desire to make a difference in students’ learning experiences.
- **Bachelor’s degree** in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
