Business Development / Sales Executive to Manager (Certification-Training unit)-TPI
Experience in Sales/Business Development (1+Yrs)
Role : Business Development / Sales Executive to Manager (Certification/Training unit)-TPI
Locations : NCR/Delhi - May vary pan India, shortly, as we are expanding our business.
Experience : 1+Yrs of B2B/Corporate sales.
CTC : 3-10 LPA + Incentives on sales. CTC is open as it is depending on Experience and caliber to handle more challenging Roles & Responsibilities.
**JD/Requirements**:
- Responsible for selling system certification and training services to new and existing customers.
- Responsible for identifying and managing sales opportunities, building an in-depth understanding of a clients’ current and future business needs and drivers; positioning how Company products and services can enable organisations to improve, and managing every step of the sales process to a successful conclusion of system certification and other services.
- Manage potential through account and opportunity management to develop a solid pipeline, and effectively use price book and tools to propose main products and services
- Remain up to date with developments in the standards industry (ISO) and be able to explain the standards development process to customers
- Accurately summarize customer needs, identify Company products or services, and get customer agreement to price and delivery
**Qualifications**:
- Degree level or equivalent education or proven experience of sustained over achievement in a new business sales environment;
- Preferably with knowledge of ISO standards
- Sales or business development experience in any line of business.
- Demonstrable self-sufficiency in sales activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience working in KPI driven environment
