**Position**: Junior Designer
**Experience Level**: 0-1 Year
**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating visual concepts, designs, and layouts for digital and print media (e.g., websites, social media, brochures, banners).
- Support senior designers in executing design tasks such as photo editing, image retouching, and creating design assets.
- Work with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design software.
- Assist in the preparation of design presentations and mockups for internal or client review.
- Implement feedback and make revisions to designs based on client or team input.
- Help maintain the company's brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual communications.
- Stay updated with design trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to create engaging content.
- Manage multiple design tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and ensure high-quality output.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Basic knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or other design tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary changes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Creativity and a passion for design.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
