**Job Description: Junior Graphic Designer (1 Year Experience)**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging visuals for digital platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand’s identity.
- Collaborate with senior designers and the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects.
- Edit and refine designs based on feedback while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain and organize graphic assets, templates, and design files for ease of access.
- Stay updated on design trends and tools to contribute fresh ideas and techniques.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Excellent communication skills to interpret and present design concepts.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
