**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at INSIGHTPUBLICA As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our books to life through visually captivating designs. You will collaborate closely with our editorial and marketing teams to create compelling book covers, interior layouts, promotional materials, and digital assets.

**Responsibilities**:
Design eye-catching book covers that capture the essence of each title and resonate with our target audience.

Create engaging interior layouts for print and digital publications, ensuring readability and aesthetic appeal.

Collaborate with authors, editors, and marketers to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with the book's content and marketing goals.

Develop promotional materials such as posters, bookmarks, social media graphics, and advertisements to support book launches and marketing campaigns.

Maintain brand consistency across all design projects, adhering to established style guidelines and standards.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, typography, and book publishing to continuously improve the quality of our designs.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Provide constructive feedback and support to colleagues on design projects, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Utilize graphic design software and tools proficiently to execute design concepts efficiently and accurately.

Assist in other design-related tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the publishing industry.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative and versatile design skills, with a focus on book covers and layout design.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.

Detail-oriented with a keen eye for typography, color, and composition.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.

Passion for books and storytelling, with a deep appreciation for the role of design in enhancing the reading experience.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
