Landmate Construction, a leading name in the construction industry, is seeking a dynamic and talented Junior Architect to join our team. As a Junior Architect at Landmate, you will have the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop your skills in a supportive and innovative environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the design and planning phases of construction projects.
- Work closely with senior architects to develop project specifications.
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using relevant software.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure designs meet client expectations.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess project progress and resolve design issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,926.78 - ₹25,996.36 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
