Job Summary:
As a Hotel Reservation Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless and memorable travel experiences for our clients. You will be responsible for handling hotel bookings, providing personalized recommendations, and addressing client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Hotel Reservations:
Efficiently handle hotel reservations across various destinations and categories.
Research and recommend suitable hotels based on client preferences, budget, and travel itinerary.
Negotiate rates and secure the best deals for clients.
Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
Client Service:
Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and requests.
Offer personalized recommendations and travel advice.
Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of hotel bookings and client information.
Utilize hotel reservation systems and databases effectively.
Industry Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest travel trends, hotel promotions, and industry news.
Continuously enhance your knowledge of various destinations and attractions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
Proven experience in hotel reservations or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Passion for travel and customer service.
