Strong Architectural skills contributing to the development and refinement of Customer's vision and strategy, understanding the product portfolio, being able to discuss current and new solutions with customers.

Must Have:

- Ericsson Order Care, Ericsson Catalog Manager & CPQ, Ericsson Inventory experience
- Proven track record in End to end Solution and Architecture experience with domains like Sales, CRM, Order Management, Billing and charging systems
- Must have hands on experience with one or more OSS/BSS products.

Nice to have:

- Experience with other BSS/OSS stack from vendors like Netcracker, Oracle, Vlocity, Amdocs

Responsibilities.
- Responsible for creating solution and technical material for BSS and OSS land scape to the Mobile and Fixed projects.
- Knowledge of relevant, IT, OSS/BSS and telecom standards
- Exposure to Cloud technology and Cloud Native deployment
- Responsible for determining gap analysis and generating HLD(High Level Design). Finding the best tech solution among all possible to solve the existing business problems.
- Responsible for discussing with IT & Business stakeholders to align and agree the solutions provided.
- Ability to engage with customer at various levels, ranging from technical call flow reviews to discussions with product and business areas.
- Represents the solution capability to the customer as part of the solution lifecycle process.
- Identify process improvements and contribute new product road maps. Perform Gap analysis of legacy and Source Systems.
- Design and develop BSS OSS Migration and Transformation strategy.
