**Job Title: Home Care Sales Representative**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, hospitals, and nursing homes
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry
- Strong sales, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
