**Roles & Responsibility**
- **Machine Breakdown Management**: Lead troubleshooting and repair of machines, ensuring mínimal downtime.
- **Technical Skills**:In-depth knowledge of machinery, electrical and mechanical systems Experience with troubleshooting techniques and maintenance management systems (e.g., CMMS).
- **Root Cause Analysis (RCA)**: Analyze recurring issues, implement corrective actions to prevent breakdowns.
- **Safety Adherence**: Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct safety audits.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and guide maintenance staff, ensuring efficient task delegation and training.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and reports on breakdowns, repairs, and safety.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Suggest process improvements to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
