**Job Title**: Fundraiser - High-Net-Worth Investors (HNIs/HNWIs)

**Location**: Nerul, Navi Mumbai
**Experience Required**: 3-15 years in fundraising with connections to High-Net-Worth Investors (HNIs/HNWIs)
**Salary**: ₹4,00,000 to ₹8,00,000 per annum
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with HNIs/HNWIs to secure funding for organizational initiatives and projects.
- Leverage existing networks and establish new connections to create a pipeline of potential investors.
- Develop customized fundraising strategies and presentations to align with the interests and goals of investors.
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with investors to pitch funding opportunities.
- Negotiate funding agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and investor expectations.
- Provide investors with regular updates on project progress and financial performance.
- Stay updated on market trends, investor behaviors, and financial opportunities to optimize fundraising efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper utilization and reporting of funds received.
- Meet and exceed fundraising targets within specified timelines.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 3-15 years in fundraising, with a proven ability to secure funding from HNIs/HNWIs.
- **Network**: Established and active network of High-Net-Worth Investors is essential.
- **Communication**: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- **Sales Acumen**: Strong ability to pitch, close deals, and handle high-value transactions.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and financial reporting systems.
- **Equipment**: Must own a laptop for work purposes.
- **Work Ethic**: Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to navigate complex funding negotiations and align with investor expectations.
- **Qualification**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields is preferred.
