Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, leases, and development deals
- Conduct due diligence and title reviews to identify and resolve potential legal issues before transactions close
- Provide legal counsel on zoning laws, land use regulations, and property rights
- Represent clients in real estate disputes, litigation, or administrative proceedings
- Advise clients on property management, construction contracts, and financing agreements
- Coordinate with real estate agents, developers, surveyors, and municipal authorities
- Prepare and file legal documents such as deeds, mortgages, easements, and liens
- Stay up to date on changes in real estate law and advise clients accordingly
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations
- Assist in structuring and closing real estate deals

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with commercial real estate deals and developments
- Familiarity with environmental and land use law
- Background in litigation related to real estate disputes (optional)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
