**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage and interact with clients to understand their investment needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Execute trades on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Keep clients updated with market trends, investment opportunities, and portfolio performance.
- Handle office work, including documentation, report generation, and client communication.
- Coordinate with the back-office team to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial or share market sector.
- Strong understanding of the share market and financial instruments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of trading platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
