**Key Responsibilities**:
- Developing Sales and Marketing Strategies:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop comprehensive strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
- Identify target markets, segments, and customer demographics to tailor marketing campaigns and sales efforts accordingly.
- Generating Leads and Prospects:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and prospects.
- Managing Sales Pipeline:
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication with prospects.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales activities.
- Conducting Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our products/services.
- Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively to facilitate sales closures.
- Building and Maintaining Client Relationships:
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, foster loyalty, and generate repeat business.
- Monitoring Sales Performance:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures to optimize sales effectiveness.
- Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in B.Com or any stream (B.Com is preferable).
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, marketing techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Excel tool.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and sales approaches.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, conferences, and events.
