**Welcoming, assisting and directing handlers and owners appropriately. Ensuring that clients are not made to wait for more than 10 minutes at the reception.**:

- **Answering all phone calls and encouraging callers to schedule an appointment.**:

- **All consultations are classified as either complete, or on-going, in the case of the later must ensure that a follow up appointment has been booked with the appropriate vet.**:

- **Looking at the types of appointment and scheduling the time slot accordingly.**:

- **Ensuring that doctors receive the relevant messages.**:

- **Maintaining a missed call log and follow up on next appointments.**:

- **Maintaining a call history of all calls received.**:

- **Placing of confirmation calls to the clients one day prior to the appointment date.**:

- **Minimum 8-10 years experience**

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
