IT Field Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and approach potential business clients for software or IT service offerings.
- Conduct field visits, schedule meetings, and perform product demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable IT solutions.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and generate referrals.
- Achieve sales targets and report progress through CRM tools or internal reporting systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand product functionalities.
- Provide market feedback to the internal team for product improvement.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and seminars as required.
- Ensure professional conduct and grooming during client interactions.
**Requirements**:
- Proven field sales experience (preferably in software, SaaS, or IT services).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings.
- Basic understanding of IT products such as CRM, ERP, websites, or SaaS tools.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in B2B sales or the tech industry.
- Local market knowledge and language proficiency.
