**Job Title**: Jewelry Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in the jewelry store, providing product information and guidance
- Understand customer needs and recommend jewelry pieces that suit their preferences and budget
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain product displays and ensure all items are correctly priced and presented
- Process sales transactions accurately, including handling cash and card payments
- Educate customers on product features, including gemstone quality, metal types, and care instructions
- Assist in the inventory management process, including stock checks and reordering as required
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Stay updated on jewelry trends, new collections, and promotions to better assist customers
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (B.Com, M.Com, or any related qualifications can be a plus)
- Previous experience in retail sales (ideally in jewelry or luxury goods) is a plus, but not mandatory for freshers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with the ability to create a positive shopping experience
- Basic knowledge of jewelry materials, gemstones, and styles is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Basic proficiency in using POS systems and handling transactions
- Must be well-groomed, with a professional appearance

**Preferred Skills**:

- Interest in fashion and jewelry trends
- Previous experience in high-end or luxury retail sales
- Ability to speak multiple languages (especially helpful for diverse customer bases)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,999.99 - ₹29,999.99 per month
