**Salary**: 20,000 INR plus commission per invoice
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled B2B Sales Representative to join our team. As a remote sales professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our B2B clients. This position offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential B2B clients, effectively presenting our products and services.
- Identify and qualify leads through research, referrals, and cold calling.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Utilize excellent English language skills to communicate clearly and persuasively with clients.
- Utilize Zoho or similar CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in B2B sales and tele-calling, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Zoho or similar CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and achieve sales goals.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
