Bengaluru Karnataka, India Material Depot Full time

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and executing displays for laminates, wall panels, plywood, and other interior material categories at Experience Centers (ECs).
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of product samples.
- Support the team in resolving order-related issues and customer escalations arising from ECs.
- Help in cataloging and onboarding new SKUs for various interior material categories.
- Plan and support category-specific display setups across ECs - including layout planning, on-ground execution, and conducting post-installation audits.
- Follow up with vendors on delayed orders, product replacements, and complaint resolutions.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com, B.E, B.Arch, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in interior materials, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage execution both digitally and on-ground.
- Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with frequent field visits to ECs and vendor locations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
