As an Online Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving online sales growth and revenue generation for our products/services through various digital channels. You will leverage your sales expertise and digital marketing knowledge to identify potential customers, engage with prospects, and convert leads into sales. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with online customers to drive repeat business and achieve sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement online sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct online product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services.
- Manage the online sales process from lead generation to closure, including negotiation, contract signing, and order processing.
- Build and maintain relationships with online customers to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Monitor online sales metrics and performance indicators (e.g., conversion rates, average order value) to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in online sales and e-commerce.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- years of experience in sales, preferably in an online/e-commerce environment.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, digital sales environment.
- Strong understanding of online sales strategies, tactics, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers remotely.
- Proficiency in using online sales tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and ROI.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
