- dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries of clients
- attending with clients queries
- processing invoices and managing office budgets
- implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- attending meetings with senior management
- maintaining office rules and policies
- handling social media platforms
- handling ecommerce platforms
- sharing updated products to clients
Qualification Preferred: Graduation or above
