**Role Overview - Field Marketer**

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive **Field Marketer** to join our growing team If you have excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy interacting with clients face-to-face, and are passionate about driving brand awareness and sales in the field, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to potential and existing clients to generate leads and promote services.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships through face-to-face interactions.
- Promote and represent DotBrand Advertising’s services, explaining the benefits of our offerings to prospective clients.
- Organize and participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Conduct surveys and collect valuable customer feedback to improve marketing strategies.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding market trends and client needs.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups using CRM software.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or customer-facing roles, preferably within the digital marketing or advertising industry.
- Proven track record of successfully generating leads and building client relationships in the field.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage clients and prospects in face-to-face interactions, demonstrating the value of services.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated, with a passion for achieving sales and marketing goals.
- Ability to work independently, while also collaborating with team members.
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer behavior.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
