**Role: UX DesignerExperience : Fresher/InternshipLocation : Bengaluru(WFO)**

**Job Title: User Experience (UX) Designer with VFX Specialization**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- UX Design:

- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Design and iterate on user interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital platforms, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user needs.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the final product meets user and business requirements.
- Visual Effects (VFX):

- Create high-quality visual effects and animations that enhance the user experience and elevate the overall design.
- Integrate VFX into user interfaces, ensuring seamless transitions and interactions that captivate and engage users.
- Use industry-standard software (e.g., After Effects, Cinema 4D, Houdini) to produce VFX that align with the project’s visual style and goals.
- Stay updated on the latest VFX techniques and technologies to continuously improve the visual quality of our digital products.
- Collaboration & Communication:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, articulating design decisions and incorporating feedback as needed.
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices in UX and VFX design.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Effects, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing UX design and VFX work.
- Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) and VFX software (e.g., After Effects, Cinema 4D, Houdini).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive visual effects that enhance user experiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with 3D modeling and animation.
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with motion design principles and techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
