We are seeking a creative and resourceful User Experience Designer to collaborate with cross-functional teams in crafting innovative and user-centered design solutions that meet customer and market needs. In this role, you will transform insights into intuitive, engaging designs, partnering with product and development teams to bring them to life through Agile and Scrum workflows.

**HYBRID**- This role will be based out of **The Leela Office**located on the 4th Floor, Airport Road, Kodihalli, Bangalore

**Your work tasks/responsibilities**
- Create user-centered design solutions, including wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models, that align with company goals, customer needs, and market trends.
- Maintain a deep understanding of user behaviors, pain points, and expectations through research and analysis to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering to define, prioritize, and execute user experience designs.
- Advocate for and implement accessibility and usability best practices, ensuring designs are inclusive and effective for diverse audiences.
- Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and interaction specifications, to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging user research, testing, and feedback loops to refine and enhance designs over time.
- Proactively track industry trends, competitor designs, and emerging technologies to inform innovative and competitive user experience strategies.Develop a comprehensive understanding of target audiences, their workflows, and their needs, ensuring design solutions meet both user and business goals.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a User Experience Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging user research and data to inform design decisions and drive impactful outcomes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), and usability best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, integrating design seamlessly into iterative development workflows.
- Advanced skills in creating and maintaining design systems and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.
