**User Experience Designer**

**Job Brief **As a User Experience Designer you will be responsible for crafting product experiences through visuals for an online suite of web and mobile products. You will be part of the customer-centric experience design team that collaborates with the product stakeholders, development, and support teams to add delight to the product, while making it accessible and easy-to-use for business customers.

**Roles**:

- Owning the design system for the product, both web and mobile, leveraging your expertise to keep the interface usable and accessible for customers.
- Collaborating with product and development and contributing in a meaningful way to product ideation and design.
- Learning and understanding customer needs, behaviors, and emotions, and gathering insights to create intuitive and aesthetic product experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Producing high-quality UX design deliverables be it wireframes, visual and graphic designs, customer journey maps, storyboards, site maps, or prototypes.
- Taking the lead on delivering high-quality output: doing user research, designing, prototyping, and working with the engineering team to get the product in the hands of the users.
- Identifying and understanding the needs and the pain points of customers and in turn creating an intuitive product layout to solve them.
- Revising and keeping shipped designs up to date as product enhancements are made.
- Staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.
- Conducting UX research across customer segments, drawing out insights, and sharing them with product, design, and marketing teams to help make educated product decisions.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of proven experience working either as a UI/UX designer, product designer, or a similar role.
- Working knowledge of any of the following technologies and software: Sketch, Figma, InVision, Webflow, Adobe Creative Suite, Hotjar, or FullStory.
- A portfolio/website/blog showcasing the above skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
- Ability to grasp complex customer problems and simplify them via visual language.
- Constantly deliver excellence in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders.
- Good time-management skills.
- Self-motivation and willingness to take on tough problems.
- Obsession with consumer-centric solutions with an eye for detail.
