**Key Responsibilities: Financial Management & Reporting**:

- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Support in reconciling accounts, verifying financial transactions, and preparing reports for management.

**Taxation & Compliance**:

- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with **GST, TDS/TCS, and income tax regulations.**:

- Assist in tax calculations, deductions, and maintaining records for audit purposes.
- Stay updated with financial legislation and support senior accountants in compliance-related tasks.

**MIS Reporting & Data Analysis**:

- Prepare and maintain **MIS reports** for financial tracking, expense monitoring, and performance analysis.
- Generate **profitability reports, cost analysis, and financial dashboards** to support decision-making.
- Work with senior management to provide data-driven insights and assist in financial planning.

**Banking & Cash Flow Support**:

- Handle routine banking transactions and reconciliations.
- Maintain cash flow records and assist in financial planning.

**Budgeting & Cost Control**:

- Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring financial performance.
- Support in cost analysis and identifying areas for cost reduction.

**Auditing & Internal Controls**:

- Support internal and external audits by ensuring accurate documentation and financial data.
- Follow internal control procedures to maintain financial accuracy.

**Desired Profile: Experience & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum **3 years** in accounting and finance, preferably in the **steel or manufacturing sector.**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Finance, or a related field.**:

- **Industry Knowledge**: Understanding of **GST, TDS, accounting standards, and taxation.**

**Key Skills**:

- **MIS Reporting & Financial Analysis**: Experience in **preparing financial reports, dashboards, and data analysis.**:

- **Financial Statements & Reporting**: Working knowledge of financial statement preparation and analysis.
- **Accounting & Reconciliation**: Experience in account reconciliation, bookkeeping, and transaction processing.
- **Taxation & Compliance**: Understanding of GST, TDS/TCS, and income tax regulations.
- **Software Proficiency**: Familiarity with **Tally, SAP, or other financial ERP systems** and **MS Office (Excel, Word).**:

- **Attention to Detail**: Strong numerical skills with high accuracy in financial reporting.
