**Responsibilities**:
1. Recharge TV Packages: You will be responsible for handling the recharge process for customer TV packages. This includes receiving customer requests, verifying details, and accurately processing the recharge transactions.

2. Maintain Accounts: You will be required to maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts related to customer transactions and financial records. This involves recording payments, tracking expenses, and ensuring the integrity of financial data.

3. Customer Support: You will interact with customers to address their queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive client relationships.

4. Staff Appointment: As part of your role, you will be responsible for addressing customer complaints and issues effectively. This may involve identifying the appropriate staff members to handle specific problems and coordinating their appointments to ensure timely resolution.

**Requirements**:
1. Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for this position. Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in customer service or account management, is preferred.

3. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital in effectively interacting with customers and coordinating staff appointments. Fluency in English and any additional local languages will be beneficial.

4. Problem-Solving Abilities: The ability to analyze customer issues and identify appropriate solutions is crucial. You should be proactive in resolving problems efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction.
