**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to current customers to **remind and request subscription recharges**.
- Handle customer interactions professionally and with empathy, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as needed.
- **Build rapport and maintain strong long-term relationships** with customers to promote loyalty and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-up actions in internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for any technical or service-related customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and processes during every customer interaction.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and customer satisfaction goals.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Minimum educational qualification**: 12th-grade pass (HSC).
- Prior experience (minimum 6 months) in a **customer service, telecalling, or BPO** role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in **Marathi and Hindi**.
- Additional fluency in **Telugu, Bengali, and Punjabi** is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding and ability to communicate in English.
- Should possess strong listening skills, patience, and problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer knowledge for data entry and CRM usage.
- **Immediate joiners** are preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
