**Responsibilities**:
Social Media Management:

- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Create and curate high-quality content, including text, images, and videos, that resonate with the target audience.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.

Website Optimization:

- Manage and update the Growscience website to ensure it remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and search engine optimized (SEO).
- Create and maintain compelling product pages, blog posts, and landing pages to drive website traffic and conversions.

Paid Advertising:

- Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
- Monitor ad performance, adjust budgets, and refine targeting to maximize ROI.
- Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

Content Creation:

- Produce eye-catching visuals, infographics, and videos for digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing/sales team to develop content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize analytical tools to track, measure, and report on digital marketing campaign performance.
- Present key findings and insights to the marketing team and make data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media, website management, and paid advertising.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and innovative thinking with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines.

**Salary**: From ₹300,000.00 per year
